CANCELLATIONS
If a cancellation is made 8 weeks prior to arrival you can move your dates, subject to availability, later in the year or the following year. If you roll over to another date for which a higher sum is charged, you will need to pay the difference.
If cancellation is made within 3 weeks of the arrival date unfortunately there is no refund (as generally we cannot relet the accommodation in that time) and your stay cannot be rolled over to a later date.
Any cancellation or change must be confirmed in writing / email, by the person who made the booking.
We recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance and that you take out a policy which covers you in the event of cancellation. Your coverage in the event of Coronavirus-related or other issues will depend on your insurer. Please contact them if you have questions. .
